- When deciding to purchase a custom commission from me you agree to the terms of service displayed below.

- I reserve the right to decline your commission if you do not fully read, or agree to these terms.

- I reserve the right to refund you the full amount you paid if I no longer want to work on your commission for any reason.

- NFT/AI usage is strictly forbidden.

Payment

- Unless otherwise discussed 100% payment is to be paid after the sketch has been approved.

- If payment is not made in a timely manner (i.e. up to 2-3 weeks after invoice has been sent) I will cancel the commission.

- Payment is done using Stripe, which allows you to pay in a multitude of ways with many different currencies.

- Additional fees may be charged for any major revisions.

- A rush order will have an increased fee to account for tighter deadlines.

- Depending on the complexity of the commission, the prices may not match what is initially shown.

Usage Policy

- Unless you purchase commercial rights, the art commissioned is for personal use only.

- I retain the rights to any commissioned work I create for you.

- When posting your commission online, credit must always be linked back to me.

- I retain the right to post the commissioned work onto my social media, as well as stream the progress. (If you do not want the progress streamed for any reason, please let me know).

Ways you may use the commissioned artwork:

- You may post the artwork to social media, however credit to me must be visible.

- You may print the artwork, and create your own physical copy for personal use (I.e. You may NOT sell the commissioned artwork)

- You may crop, and resize the art in any way for usage as wallpaper, avatars, headers, etc.

- The artwork may be used as a reference or art study.

Ways you may NOT use the commissioned artwork:

- Do NOT claim the artwork as your own.

- Do not place the artwork in a gallery meant to showcase your own work.

- You may not use the artwork for redistribution whether it be commercial or non-commercial, without first purchasing the commercial rights from me.

- You may not remove my signature from the artwork when posting it online.

- Under no circumstances is my artwork to be used in any technology related to NFT’s, or AI.

Commercial Usage

- If you wish to purchase a commission for Commercial use, please make this clear upfront. Payment will be discussed, and agreed upon before the sketch begins.

- Commercial usage price is usually 100% of the original cost. I reserve the right to change this as I see fit.

- Commercial usage includes but is not limited to; reselling the artwork in the form of physical reproductions in which you receive a profit, merchandise, streamer pngs, etc.

Copyright

- My finished commissions will always be signed or have my watermark in clear view.

- I retain copyright over my artwork, which includes the ability to post onto social media, or use the artwork for self-promotion of my services. Your character’s will always be linked back to you.

- You retain the rights, and ownership to the character portrayed in the commission, unless said commission was a character design created by me for you.

- If you purchase an adoptable or character design from me, I will not reuse them, and subsequently the rights to that character is transferred to you.

- Credit to me is always required when using my work in any way.

Process & Work Speed

- My commissions are Skeb like.

- If you have an idea you would like to see realized do not hesitate to share with me things like poses, expressions, location, clothing, or themes etc within the original commission request. However if you do not have anything in mind, I will take my own liberty with the artwork.

- In the beginning you will receive a sketch or two. Once you approve of the sketch, and send payment, you will not receive any WIP updates until the commission is completed (unless discussed otherwise).

- Major revisions are accepted during the sketch phase, after which only minor revisions will be allowed. Additional major revisions after the artwork has essentially been completed may incur a fee.

- I try to complete commissions within 4-5 weeks of finishing the sketch. Delays may occur due to health factors, but I will always make it a point to address the client of any notable delays.

- You, the Client, reserve the right to contact me for an update on your commission at any time. My queue, and work progress is always public, but you are always welcome to have personal confirmation of the status of your order.

- If you allow me to stream my progress, and you are present for the streams, you are welcome to ask for changes during the progress in that way.

Cancellations, Refunds, & Chargebacks

- If money has not yet been sent, the client has the right to cancel the commission with no penalty.

- If you wish to cancel your commission after payment has been received and work has begun on the artwork you will receive a partial refund equivalent to the amount of work not yet done.

- I, the Artist, have the right to cancel and refund your commission at any time, for any reason.

- You are not allowed to issue a chargeback, for any reason, especially after you have given clear approval of the finished artwork. You will be blacklisted.

- Please contact me as soon as possible if you wish to cancel/refund a commission. Do not issue a chargeback, I will transfer the money back to you.

Final Product

- Once the final artwork has been approved you will receive multiple full resolution versions. (I.e. a version without a background, png version, version with special fx/filters).

- The final artwork will be sent through email. (or discord under separate circumstances).
